Introducing the (D) Family

We met up at a lake nearby school and were blessed with an uber warm October day.  OK...it was HOT!  What troopers they were as we traipsed through the woods and played in the leaves.  Thanks guys, for a fun-filled fall day!  Enjoy....

 

 

Cute cousins 'o mine...

 I haven't had much time to keep up the blog lately.  October has been much more busy then I ever expected! I have been so blessed to have so many friends and family who have allowed me to snap away at them!  Here is a few from a shoot with my cousin's family.  They were so fun.  The boys sure loved the farting noises! =)

         

Sweet Baby Niece, take 2

I had so much fun with my sister and newest niece.  My three year old even helped out at the shoot by holding blankets and keeping his brother occupied. {What a good boy!}  Miss T was an angel who just let us play.  Enjoy!

Newest member of the family....my sweet {big} niece!

Miss T joined our world at a whopping 10lbs, 8oz. She has a full head of hair to match her adorable full cheeks and baby thighs!  Can't wait to snuggle up some more...and of course I can't wait for the weeks of newborn sessions!

A {rainy} Day at the Beach

This was B's and my second attempt at a beach shoot.  The first time we were rained out completely.  When we were headed out to meet this day, we were greeted, yet again, by rain clouds and drizzle.  We decided to try anyway, since it was only drizzle. I am glad that we did.  We had a really fun time and got some fun pics! Enjoy...

Family Fun at Lake Riley

I didn't realize the park at Lake Riley even existed.  I had heard of the lake, but that was it.  It is the perfect little park to take perfect little family portraits in.  We had fun on the dock, but most of all, we had fun on the playground!!

Family Shoot

Some very dear, long-time friends asked if I could snap some family portraits of them since it had been so long since they'd had any done.  I was honored to take them! Despite the sweltering heat and humidity, we sure had a lot of fun!

Little Guys

My sister asked if I would take some pictures of a family that she takes care of. The new little guy is so sweet and animated.  The little girl is going to be a rockstar one day!

Senior Fun!

Wow!  It was so much taking M's senior pictures!  She is so sweet....and GORGEOUS!! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention....she LOVES shoes!  Her mom (who is one of the best coworkers in the world) was the generous winner of a photo shoot I had donated to a silent auction for the Susan G. Komen Three Day event.  Despite the heat, we had a lot of fun traipsing all over this fun small town!
